The Waverley was conceived from a love of great beer and excellent food. Designed as a contemporary Australian pub and nanobrewery the Waverley will deliver delicious unpasteurised beer direct from the tank to the table.

With a focus on quality, locally sourced ingredients our chef will have your food cravings covered, with phenomenal pizzas, incredible burgers and those pub classics we all know and love.

 

 

 

Beer Dinner Sessions

 

Come celebrate the wonderful relationship between beer and food!

The first of our Beer Dinner sessions will welcome special guest St John Hammond, part owner of Indian Ocean Brewing Co and designer of our incredible new brewhouse, accompanied by master brewer Jack Purser. Guests will have the opportunity to try a selection of beers whilst they feast on a seafood inspired share menu designed by celebrity head chef Ryan Ebbs.

NANOBREWERY

Hank The Tank our custom built nanobrewery allows our brew crew to craft exclusive batches of fresh unpasteurised beer just for you. We brew 300 litres of each batch which equates to six kegs of liquid gold. If you consider yourself a beer lover why not sign up to be the first to receive all of the latest news on our brews.

FOOD & DRINK

Food-wise we’re all about a quick, quality hand full of fun, so you can balance your beer in the other hand. Chef’s seasonal menu of share plates, burgers & hearty pub classics compliment our onsite brewed beers, wines & cocktails.
