NANO- BREWING

We love beer at the Waverley Brewhouse!

From tank to table, our custom built nanobrewery Hank the Tank allows our brew crew to craft exclusive batches of fresh unpasteurised beer just for you.

Beer doesn’t get fresher than when It doesn’t leave the four walls of our brewery. We brew 600 litres of each batch which equates to six kegs of liquid gold. We brew our regulars, American Pale Ale an very popular Draft and mix In some fun every couple of brews.

American Pale Ale 5% ABV

A clean-finishing, American-style pale ale for maximum refreshment and drinkability. Our selection of Australian grown hops creates fruity aromas with hints of passionfruit, grapefruit & citrus.

  

Draught Ale 4.2% ABV

This beer is light and easy drinking ale, perfect for those afternoons in the sunshine. Pale straw in colour and made using Australian malted barley. The bitterness is restrained and allows the malt and hop flavour balance to quench your thirst.

Limited Edition Brew Series

 

JA! JA! ALE
5.1% ABV

The aroma and flavour of this beer comes largely from the yeast and has delicate notes of banana, followed by a fresh bread flavour with a medium body and mouthfeel.

  

HAZY PALE
5.5% ABV PALE

A combination of citrus and grapefruit-based hops, offering abundant tropical fruit aromas and accompanied by a hint of pine and passionfruit. A moderate bitterness is supported by a smooth body of oats and wheat.
